Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and detailed photos if the item is faulty or incorrect. We will provide return instructions. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EU Right of Withdrawal
The EU law gives EU shoppers the right to withdraw eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery without having to provide a reason. To submit your withdrawal request, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once you return the goods in their original condition with all tags and packaging included, a refund for the item price will be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
